April 2015\n\nD ear friends of the police sports\, dear representatives of the USIP member countries\,\n\nThe Czech National Union of Police Sports is preparing the organization of a World Tournament in Ice Hockey of the Police Teams to b e held in the Czech Republic in April 2015.\n\nWe would like to invite all the interested ice hockey teams of policemen\, either as national or regi onal teams\, to participate in this Championship held in Liberec\, Czech R epublic.\n\nNumber of teams expected: 8 – 20\nPlay system: 2 groups by 4 teams or 4 groups by 5 teams\nMatches guaranteed: at least 5\nPlaying tim e in groups: 2x20 minutes net time\nPlaying time in the final and game for the bronze: 3x20 minutes\nPlayers will play with limited body contact.\nT ournament fee per team: 500 EUR\nParticipation fee/Boarding and Lodging/pe rson/night: in three price categories\, to be clarified\nCultural and sigh tseeing programme: to be clarified\n\nNaturally\, an early arrival or exte nded stay is possible with the help of the organizer. The World Police Games are open for police athletes from 18 till 30 years.\n\nThere are 5 main disciplines of sports to enter: Athl etics\, Shooting\, Swimming\, Taekwondo and Cycling.\n\nEach participating delegation can be consisting until 68 persons (including staff and delega tion leaders). A General Invitation with details about fees\, board and lo dging etc. will be send to all USIP member countries soon.\n\nThe registra tion with the details of your delegation (for the events and disciplines o f sport) has to be done online in a special digital registration system la unched by the Colombian organizer.
