The USIP (Humanity protector) Torch for the 1st USIP World Police Games will be handled to the Colombian Organizers during an official ceremony in Kuwait next April. The Colombian organizers will take over de special designed (Humanity protector)Torch from a team of running athletes who will bring the torch from a special location in Kuwait to the front of the OCA ( Olympic Counsil of Asia) building.
